Hey people. Lefse Records, home of Neon Indian and other amazing artists, is offering a free compilation download via their website HERE. I obviously like Neon Indian, but some of the other stand-out tracks come from Tape Deck Mountain, Phaseone, and A Grave With No Name. You gotta love free (and legal) music. The Monolith Festival is this weekend and we at ArtistRoster can't wait. If you're going to the festival, maybe we can meet up. To find out which acts I'm going to see, hop on over to Gigbot.com where you can see my calendar. It also displays other shows I'll be attending in the Denver area. I hope to see some of you there. Don't forget sunblock and some sweet shades. I worry about you. Do you have a band suggestion for the next issue? Well then, click HERE. If it's not ancient and doesn't suck (use your best judgement when determining a band's suckiness), it might just end up on the next issue. It'd be great if you could forward this issue to one, let's make it two of your friends as well. Do it now before you forget. It's good for the planet. Below are this week's hand-selected music picks. I hope they make your day a little more awesome. |
