This week we've got some great music for you. Some of it's pretty old, but it might just be new to you. The ArtistRoster newsletter will now be delivered on Wednesdays. We figure, it gives you something interesting to do to break up the middle of the week. As always, if you here some great bands that you think should be added to the next issue of ArtistRoster, let us know HERE. enjoy

Here We Go Magic

Fangela

Here We Go MagicI hear some Paul Simon influences in there. I can't say that I'm a fan of Simon's but definitely enjoy Here We Go Magic. While you're at it, check out their second most popular song, Tunnelvision. It's also good.

PVC Street Gang

Cutlass

PVC Street GangPVC Street Gang is from Denton Texas and from the photos on their MySpace page, they've been friends for a long time. Gorilla Vs. Bear really likes these guys and I have to agree with them. Lately, I've been enjoying the lo-fi, DIY recordings and PVC Street Gang have got it down. I'd look for them to be signed by the end of summer.

Solid Gold

Who You Gonna Run To?

Solid GoldSHANNON'S PICK

We recommended Solid Gold before HERE. Get Over It is still my favorite of theirs, but this song is also good.

Sebastien Schuller (Evenfall
)
Midnight

Sebastien SchullerSHANNON'S PICK

The song starts off slow, but it's got a pretty nice payoff. Makes me think of how how many days of rain we've had this spring.

Starlight Mints (Change Remains)

Zoomba

Starlight MintsSHANNON'S PICK

It's nice to here bands using brass instruments outside of ska and swing and their use of the flute is pretty awesome too. Starlight mints are dangling on the edge of sanity. Where do they come up with this stuff, really? They must be friends with The Flaming Lips or at least have the same condition.
