Hey people, In this issue, we highlight the best tracks of 2009. You may ask yourself, "What's the criteria for making it on the list"? Well it's quite simple. The tracks have to make the hair on my arms stand on end. We don't base our recommendations on reviews from blogs or magazines. We don't recommend music just because everybody else is. Don't get me wrong, some of the timing signatures on the Animal Collective album is ridiculous, but that's just not enough to make it on the list. Each track brings something new to the table.
